Statement of Facts documents you upload are processed in memory to extract their events and timestamps, then discarded. We do not store your source PDFs after a computation completes — they are not written to disk, to logs, or to our database. The only external transmission is the extraction step described below.

Document extraction runs on Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic does not use Claude API inputs or outputs to train its models.

For safety and security, Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted — except where longer retention is required by law or to investigate misuse of the platform. For clients who require it, we can pursue a zero-retention configuration.

All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.

Saved worksheets are stored in our database. We do not share your Statement of Facts data with any third party beyond the Anthropic extraction step described above.

We sign a mutual NDA before you share any live document.
